Douglas W. Clark, President and Chief Executive Officer

Doug Clark has served as President, Chief Executive Officer, and a director of AmeriQuest Transportation Services since 1996. His professional experience includes stints in public accounting, investment banking, and as a transportation entrepreneur.

Prior to founding AmeriQuest, Doug was President of Amtralease, a national association of independent full service truck leasing companies. A Certified Public Accountant, Doug was a Vice President and Director of Drexel Firestone Inc., an investment banking firm.

He is a member of the Board of Directors of Truck Renting and Leasing Association (TRALA) and AAA South Jersey. He was named Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year® 2007 Award Winner in the Greater Philadelphia Region for Excellence in the Service Category.

Doug received his B.A. in accounting from the University of Miami and his M.B.A. in finance from Drexel University in Philadelphia.

Jim Guice, Executive Vice President

Jim Guice has served as Executive Vice President of AmeriQuest since 2004. Jim has more than 35 years of trucking industry leadership experience, including the startup and growth of the nation's largest independent used truck, tractor, and trailer sales organization, TEAM Vehicle Sales.

He has spent more than 30 years in the truck rental and leasing industry in various positions with Ryder System Inc. (sales, purchasing, and operations). In addition, Jim was founder of a transportation consulting company dealing with both automobile and truck operations. He also started a career as a Mortgage Banker in Virginia with a large bank primarily dealing with real estate financing.

Jim graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelor’s in Business & Technology. He is also in their football Hall of Fame.

Mark Joyce, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Mark P. Joyce, CPA, is the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of AmeriQuest and NationaLease. Mark began his career in the transportation industry when he joined NationaLease Purchasing Corporation in 2001 as Corporate Controller. He was promoted to Vice President of Finance in 2002 and to Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 2004. On December 1, 2006, as a result of the merger of AmeriQuest and NationaLease Purchasing Corporation, Mark was named Chief Financial Officer of AmeriQuest. He was promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 2008. Mark also serves as the Corporate Treasurer and Secretary of AmeriQuest.

Prior to joining NationaLease, Mark was Corporate Controller of the Goeken Group Corporation from 1999 to 2001, and was also a Manager, Internal Control Specialist, and Continuing Education Instructor at McGladrey & Pullen, LLP from 1992 to 1999.

Mark received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from John Carroll University and his M.A. in Business Administration from DePaul University. He is a licensed CPA in Illinois and New Jersey.

Dean Vicha, President of NationaLease

Dean began his career with NationaLease in 2005 as part of the National Account team managing accounts based in the Midwest. There he helped grow the NationaLease National Account Program to $447 million in term sales. In 2008, he accepted the position of Vice President of Member Services where executed a strategy providing a sustainable competitive advantage to NationaLease members by strengthening their relationships, developing market intelligence, reducing cost, and growing the membership base. In December of 2010, Dean moved into the Vice President of National Accounts position where he oversees the National Account team which is on pace for a record braking year in sales for 2011. He has 18 years of industry experience with Ryder and Rollins before joining NationaLease. Dean graduated from Illinois State University and today resides in St. Charles, Illinois with his wife Whitney, daughter Riley, and son Brendan.

Dave Lindeen, Vice President of Corcentric

Dave Lindeen has served as Vice President of Corcentric since 2002. Prior to joining Corcentric, Dave acquired 25 years of experience within the transportation industry where he spent the majority with Ryder System Inc. At Corcentric, Dave is responsible for strategic business planning including sales, technology investments, and systems improvements required to maintaining company growth, operations, and competitive advantage. In addition, Dave plays an instrumental role in recognizing new developments in technology, and anticipates organizational modifications. He develops strategy for new marketing initiatives and new system rollouts, and oversees the acquisition of hardware to meet new and existing application needs.

Dave is a graduate of the University of Iowa with a B.B.A. Degree and a Major in Marketing.

Scott Grushoff, Chief Operating Officer of CURE Leasing & Maintenance

Scott Grushoff is Chief Operating Officer, CURE Leasing & Maintenance. He was formerly AmeriQuest Transportation Services’ Vice President and General Manager of Material Handling. Prior to AmeriQuest, Grushoff held executive positions across a variety of industries, including President and CEO of U.S. Aluminum Wholesalers, an international aluminum distributor. In addition to founding a national real estate franchise, he has gained valuable transportation portfolio management and logistics industry experience as Senior Vice President of Asset Management for Transportation Equipment Asset Management (TEAM). Scott began his career in finance and accounting for a large engineering firm.
