Guice and Grushoff’s Combined Experience in the Transportation Industry Further Facilitates CURE’s Growth in the Independent Contractor Leasing and Maintenance Arena

CHERRY HILL, NJ, January 23, 2012 –CURE Leasing & Maintenance, a provider of financing and maintenance services to companies using independent contractors as part of its transportation programs, announced today it has promoted Jim Guice to Chief Executive Officer and Scott Grushoff to Chief Operating Officer.
In addition to his new role with CURE, Guice currently serves as Executive Vice President of AmeriQuest, which acquired CURE in 2010, and has more than 35 years of transportation
industry leadership experience, including the startup and growth of the nation’s largest independent used truck, tractor, and trailer sales organization. He also spent 28 years in senior management with Ryder System, Inc.

Grushoff’s promotion to Chief Operating Officer of CURE comes after serving
three years as AmeriQuest Transportation Services’ Vice President and General Manager of Material Handling. Prior to AmeriQuest, Grushoff held executive positions across a variety of industries, including President and CEO of U.S. Aluminum Wholesalers,
an international aluminum distributor; in addition to founding a national real estate franchise; and has gained valuable transportation portfolio management and logistics Industry experience as Senior Vice President of Asset Management for Transportation
Equipment Asset Management (TEAM). Scott began his career in finance and accounting for a large engineering firm.
